Principal Consultant-OTM Cloud-Netherlands

In the role of a PCON , you will be pivotal to implement the solution and architecture and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a PCON in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews.., * Should be a Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in Oracle OTM Cloud

• Be a critical member of the Global design, implementation team for OTM and Product Support team.
• Interact directly with customer process consultants and business SME to gather business and technical requirements
• Analyse requirements for different areas, identify cross- functional impact, and provide the optimal solutions to meet requirements end to end
• Provide cross- functional leadership in conversations with customer teams and convince on solution options and decisions
• Coordinate with different tracks to drive an optimal solution and various project milestones from a solution perspective
• Be responsible for ensuring optimal design is delivered to the customer, and any issues are resolved
• Recommend process improvements and automations opportunities wherever applicable
• Configuration of various master entities and modelling of customer business requirements as per the application standards
• Suggesting innovative, cost and effort effective solution options for addressing various non-standard business requirements

• Should be able to understand Business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle OTM Cloud.
• Must have at least 2 to 3 OTM Cloud Implementation / Rollout and support experience.
• Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed
• Experience in Inventory Cloud
• Onsite-Offshore communication and work management
• Leading Super User training and supporting other training related activities
• Coordination with other tracks for delivery of end to end business processes
• Prepare mapping document to interface OTM system with EDI, WMS, Order Management, Planning and Financial systems of pilot and boundary applications
• Experience in GTM and Fusion cloud is an added advantage
• Experience with OTM design and configuration of agent workflow, rate configuration, itinerary, lanes, screen set, and master data set up such as users, locations, and equipment
• Knowledge or experience with Global Trade Management, Sourcing and Fusion Transportation Intelligence, a plus

• Exposure to Process Optimization/Modernization through digitization initiatives
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
• Ability to lead different teams towards a common objective
