Technical Support Engineer - Fiber

• Provide technical support for the installation, integration, and commissioning of fiber communication equipment
• Assist with equipment assembly, testing, and activation in warehouses and on-site
• Guide and support subcontractors/field teams during installation and configuration
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning and deployment
• Prepare pre-configuration, data planning, and setup documentation before site deployment
• Compile and submit commissioning reports and technical documentation
• Support additional project-related tasks as assigned

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer - Fiber to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a technical background who are interested in telecommunications and fiber network deployment. You will support equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities across warehouse and site environments., * Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)

• Valid German driver’s license and willingness to travel for short business trips
• Ability to work in English or German in a professional environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and contractors
• Good analytical thinking and data handling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Nice to Have

• Internship or initial experience in telecommunications, fiber networks, or field engineering
• Familiarity with network equipment installation or testing tools
