Job description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- IBM Mainframe (z/OS)
- COBOL, JCL, VSAM
- DB2, SQL
- CICS
- IMS DB/DC (preferred)
- Endevor/Changeman version control
- File handling, batch processing, scheduling tools (CA7/Control-M)
- Production support and incident management
- System analysis, debugging, and performance tuning

Agile/Scrum methodology Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Perform code enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance.
- Create and review technical design documents.
- Coordinate with business users, QA teams, and offshore/onshore teams.
- Support application modernization and optimization initiatives
