Requirements
Note: A candidate should have worked on software platforms used to manage prescription drug benefits, pharmacy claims, member services, or related healthcare workflows., * 8+ years of experience in UI/frontend architecture, UX, or experience design.
- Strong experience in design system architecture, UI standards, and workflow design.
- Healthcare industry experience; PBM experience highly preferred/required.
- Knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or TypeScript.
- Experience with accessibility standards, user journey mapping, and process improvement.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
