Lead UX Designer

Lead complex design initiatives and influence product strategy. Serve as a key design partner to Product and Engineering while mentoring junior designers and driving design excellence across multiple product areas., * Lead strategic UX initiatives across multiple products

• Own complex customer journeys and workflows
• Define interaction patterns and design standards
• Drive user research and testing initiatives
• Influence product roadmaps and prioritization
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
• Mentor and coach junior designers
• Partner with executives and senior leadership

• 5-8+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating business impact
• Expertise in UX research, IA, and interaction design
• Advanced prototyping and design system experience
• Experience leading projects across multiple teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives
