VDOT Project Manager 1 - Scrum Master (814574)

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support VDOT’s Tolling (E-ZPASS) delivery team. The candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain Azure DevOps work items and backlogs, monitor delivery metrics, document decisions and action items, and coordinate with the Development Manager and cross-functional teams., * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile team practices.

• Maintain Azure DevOps backlogs, cards, user stories, tasks, and dashboards.
• Track velocity, burndown, risks, blockers, dependencies, and project status.
• Create and refine work items and supporting documentation.
• Maintain action items, decisions, and status reports.
• Investigate issues before escalating them to the appropriate team.
• Collaborate with the Development Manager to support execution and alignment.
• Coordinate dependencies and communication across teams.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting.

Experience: 3-5 years as a Scrum Master Certification: CSM required; PMP preferred, The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of balancing Agile facilitation with hands-on delivery operations., * 3-5 years of Scrum Master experience.
