Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

Develop interactive web applications and dashboards using TypeScript with Vue.js 3, or React/Next.js, including real-time agent status streams, vulnerability dependency graphs, approval workflows, code-diff interfaces, and executive reporting.

Build backend APIs, orchestration services, and microservices using Python, FastAPI, asyncio, and/or Go. Implement asynchronous processing, resilient service communication, event-driven workflows, and reliable integration patterns.

Develop connectors for cybersecurity tools, cloud platforms, code repositories, SIEM systems, ticketing platforms, IAM solutions, and third-party APIs. Implement authentication, token refresh, pagination, rate-limit handling, retries, failure recovery, and idempotent data ingestion.

Implement agentic AI workflows using LangGraph or custom agent loops, including LLM tool execution, structured outputs, validation, guardrails, logging, evaluation, and human approval controls. Support vulnerability correlation, risk prioritization, remediation orchestration, automated testing, troubleshooting, and production stabilization.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

6-9 years of experience in full-stack software development, including production application development, API integration, asynchronous programming, and application troubleshooting. Experience developing AI-enabled workflows and supporting cybersecurity automation is preferred.

Technical Skills:

TypeScript, Vue.js 3, React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, Go, LangGraph, Kafka, Redis Streams

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.

Experience developing cybersecurity applications that support vulnerability discovery, security findings correlation, attack-path analysis, risk prioritization, remediation workflows, and continuous security validation.

Experience integrating enterprise security tools, cloud platforms, code repositories, SIEM systems, ticketing applications, identity services, and third-party APIs to support automated security operations.

Experience developing AI-enabled operational workflows involving intelligent agents, automated analysis, human approval controls, real-time status monitoring, and security remediation while supporting reliable production operations.

Communication:

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation:

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., Hands-on experience developing frontend applications with Vue.js 3 and TypeScript or React/Next.js, alongside backend services using Python, FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and Go.

Experience implementing agentic AI workflows using LangGraph or custom agent loops, LLM function calling, structured outputs with JSON Schema or Pydantic, model gateways, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams, Server-Sent Events (SSE), or WebSockets, along with secure API integration, automated testing, observability, performance tuning, and production or on-call support., 4Consulting, Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
