Software Developers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications while providing hands-on technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
2. Lead technical design reviews, backlog refinement, task breakdown, coding standards, code reviews, testing, and deployment planning.
3. Troubleshoot production incidents, resolve technical debt and data-quality issues, and support application performance, reliability, and ongoing maintenance.
4. Review data integrations and reporting workflows, validate data accuracy, support reconciliation and audit checkpoints, and coordinate with cross-functional delivery teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in Full Stack Java development, with experience in technical leadership, enterprise application development, and application support.

Technical Skills

Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, SQL, Data Integration, ETL Processes, Unit Testing, Production Troubleshooting

Business / Domain Skills

1. Experience supporting enterprise reporting and data integration applications within healthcare and other regulated business environments, including data sourced from SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems.
2. Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
3. Experience supporting business reporting, data transformation, reconciliation, data quality validation, audit controls, and accurate information flow across enterprise applications and reporting platforms.
4. Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional delivery squads to refine requirements, improve application reliability, resolve production issues, and support reporting and operational needs.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Experience with IBM DataStage or comparable ETL platforms and enterprise data integration workflows.

1. Ability to mentor developers, coordinate technical activities across multiple delivery squads, and promote reusable, high-quality application design.
