Manage Linux based Jenkins servers

Maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines (written in Groovy) that integrate with Bitbucket, OpenShift, and build tools such as Maven and NPM

Configure and monitor Kubernetes (OpenShift) namespaces and work with tools such as Helm and Argo

Maintain a Kafka installation running in Kubernetes (OpenShift)

Maintain Tekton (OpenShift Pipelines) based CI/CD pipelines

Manage Windows virtual servers running third-party software and work with IIS, PowerShell and Active Directory

Monitor servers and applications using tools such as Instana, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana

Diagnose and troubleshoot databaserelated issues

Monitor systems availability and capacity

Identify performance issues and provide suggestions for optimization

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or another related degree is required. Candidates without a four-year degree, but with several years of relevant experience, may also be considered.

Must be able to learn and effectively use tools and development techniques as practiced, acquired, or adopted within the IT Division.

Some object-oriented development experience is strongly preferred (Java, Groovy). This experience can be from a course, class, or project.
