Forward Deployed Engineer

Join an elite AI team as a Forward Deployed Engineer, collaborating directly with enterprise clients to design, build, and deploy impactful AI and ML solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role as both a technical expert and trusted customer advisor, working remotely with up to 25% travel (all expenses covered)., * Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML systems in production environments for high-impact enterprise use cases.

• Design and implement AI agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and scalable enterprise applications.
• Develop robust data pipelines and ensure seamless integration with enterprise databases and business systems.
• Lead solution architecture, prototyping, deployment, and post-production optimization for AI projects.
• Translate complex business problems into innovative technical solutions in close partnership with customer stakeholders.
• Champion DevOps best practices, including observability, monitoring, and AI governance for all deployments.

• 6+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML roles.
• 4+ years in customer-facing, consulting, or field engineering positions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering and maintaining enterprise-scale AI/ML applications.
• Advanced Python development and full-stack engineering background.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proven expertise in data engineering, including ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data integration.
• Strong DevOps skills: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud-native deployments.
• Exceptional communication abilities for effective collaboration with technical and business teams.
