Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- 5-10 years of strong Java/J2EE development experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise AEM projects.
- Extensive experience with AEM Workflows, Sling Servlets, REST APIs, JSON, and Lucene Indexing.
- Strong understanding of core AEM components including Oak, Sling, and Dispatcher.
- Experience in developing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance CMS solutions.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Hudson, and Selenium.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Project Managers, QA, UX, and DevOps teams.
- Experience in code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and production support.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and technical explanation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive technical discussions with stakeholders.
