Osgi Api Design User Administration

Job description

Lead a team of 8-12 AEM developers and own technical delivery.
Design and implement large-scale AEM solutions; provide technical direction and code reviews.
Develop custom AEM components, OSGi bundles, workflows, and integrations.
Handle unit testing, performance optimization, NFRs, estimations, and technical best practices.
Collaborate with architects, clients, stakeholders, and product teams.
Support content migration, REST/SOAP integrations, and API development.

Requirements

8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years hands-on AEM experience.
2+ full lifecycle implementations using AEM 6.x (6.3+).
Strong experience with AEM, Java/J2EE, OSGi, Sling, JSP, Sightly/HTL, JCR.
Experience with AEM workflows, user management, I18N, personalization, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of Adobe Launch/Analytics, headless/non-headless e-commerce integrations, and Agile.
Strong leadership, communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
