Change Management and Training Consultant

A senior change management and training consultant with a proven record of driving technology adoption in large, field-heavy organisations. The perfect hire blends OCM and instructional design with hands-on Salesforce administration and generative AI enablement, and is comfortable building role-based training, running readiness assessments, and supporting deployment through Hypercare. They work independently across multiple workstreams, partner credibly with product owners, SMEs and field stakeholders, and are willing to travel periodically for leadership meetings and in-person training. Must-have requirements

• Experience in change management, training, and technology deployment support
• Salesforce administration, implementation, and training experience
• Salesforce certifications or demonstrated equivalent proficiency
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and AI assistants
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) and instructional design experience
• Process mapping, documentation, and facilitation experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Agile/project delivery experience
• Ability to travel periodically for leadership meetings and in-person training and deployment support
