We’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer to play a key role in the evolution of a large-scale, highly regulated enterprise environment. This is an opportunity to move beyond day-to-day operations and take ownership of strategic network architecture, modernization initiatives, and high-impact infrastructure projects.

As a Senior technical leader, you’ll design, implement, and optimize enterprise network solutions while helping shape the organization’s long-term technology roadmap. What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure solutions.
• Develop network architecture recommendations and implementation strategies.
• Lead infrastructure modernization projects, technology refreshes, and network redesign initiatives.
• Engineer and support routing, switching, WAN, LAN, VPN, data center, and security solutions.
• Create migration, deployment, testing, and rollback plans for critical infrastructure changes.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and serve as a Senior escalation point.
• Partner with infrastructure teams, vendors, and leadership to evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Support load balancing, firewall, and network security platforms.
• Contribute to strategic planning and future-state network architecture.
• Mentor fellow engineers and promote technical excellence across the team.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices.

• Influence future network architecture and technology direction.
• Work directly with IT leadership and strategic decision-makers.

• Balance high-level architecture responsibilities with hands-on engineering.
• Gain visibility across critical enterprise initiatives and modernization efforts.

• 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale network solutions.
• Strong expertise in routing and switching technologies, including BGP and OSPF.
• Experience leading network migrations, modernization efforts, and infrastructure refreshes.
• Deep troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience developing implementation plans and leading technical deployments.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and project ownership skills., * VXLAN experience
• F5 load balancing experience
• Check Point or Palo Alto firewall experience
• SD-WAN experience
• Cisco Nexus and/or ACI experience
• Cloud networking experience (Azure and/or AWS)
• Infrastructure automation using Python, Terraform, or Ansible
• Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environments, You’re a network engineering expert who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’re energized by modernization efforts and want to leave a lasting impact on a growing enterprise environment., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

** ROLE PAID HOURLY: $49.75/hour-$67.25/hour *** FTE hourly with OT(has to be approved) 401(k) with 3% company match plus additional employer contribution.
