Job description

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll module(s)
• Concentrated expertise in at least one of the following
• PTO - Accrual engines, allocation schemas, entitlement logic, and compliance
• US Taxes - Wage type configuration, tax calculation logic, IRS/SSA reporting interfaces
• Systems Integrations - HR-to-payroll data replication, third-party benefits, time and attendance integration
• Reporting - EPI USE, custom reports, defect trending and analytics
• SCA/DBA - Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis Bacon Act (DBA) compliance for federal contracting payrolls, including wage determination mapping, prevailing rate calculations, collective bargaining agreement adherence, audit support, and prevailing rate reporting within ECP
• Strong grasp of core payroll business processes and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., FLSA, IRS guidelines)

Requirements

• Experience with defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking
• ABAP - Ability to read, debug, and modify Payroll-related integrations and reports
• Familiarity with ECP technical architecture, data models, and wage type structure
• Proficiency with SAP development tools
