Project Manager - Healthcare Software Development

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end healthcare software development projects across the SDLC. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, delivery, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, resource planning, and Agile execution., * Manage projects through requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, risks, and project KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, product, architecture, development, QA, and external vendors.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and delivery tracking.
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, governance, and escalation.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect triage, production releases, and release management.
• Prepare project plans, estimates, status reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement, process compliance, reusable practices, and software delivery best practices.
