Project Manager - Healthcare Software Development

Seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 10 years of experience managing end-to-end software development projects, including 5+ years in Healthcare IT or Healthcare Software Development. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams across the SDLC, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while managing stakeholders, risks, resources, and project governance. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SDLC projects, from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Lead multiple healthcare software projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage project plans, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Use Jira and Smartsheet for project tracking, planning, dashboards, and reporting.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication, project governance, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Coordinate UAT, system integration testing, production deployments, and release management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and applicable industry standards.
