Requirements
- Operating Systems & Software: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Windows 11 or higher) and comprehensive proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Hardware & Infrastructure: Strong working knowledge of PC hardware, laptops, peripherals, drivers, BIOS, and core networking concepts.
- Systems Management & Remote Support: Proficiency in endpoint management and deployment tools (SCCM/SMS), alongside remote support utilities (Remote Desktop, DameWare) for remote workstation troubleshooting.
- Lifecycle Management: Direct experience managing and executing enterprise laptop refresh and hardware deployment cycles.
- Installation & Configuration: Perform seamless software installations, system configurations, and end-to-end hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Diagnostic & Analytical Skills: Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities to rapidly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication & Customer Service: Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively support end-users at all levels.
- Collaboration & Adaptability: Strong team-working abilities paired with a proactive, open mindset toward learning and adopting new enterprise technologies.
- Autonomy: Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
