• Push our agentic capabilities forward with LangGraph - design, test and harden multi-step agent workflows.
• Get hands-on with LLM training and evaluation: fine-tuning, benchmarks, regression tests for model behavior.
• Take our SDLC to the next level - CI/CD, test infrastructure, release process, code quality.
• Go where the robots are - integrate and validate orchestration logic against real AGV/AMR hardware in the field., * You’re not maintaining someone else’s codebase - you’re building the architecture this company runs on for years.
• Your calls on how the agentic system is designed show up in the product, not in a suggestion box.
• Small team means your name is on the outcome, good or bad - and that’s the point.

• A solid technical foundation, ideally a completed degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field., * You communicate confidently in German, including with customers and in the field (C1 or higher). Good English is part of the package.
