  • Ansprechpartner bei Soft- und Hardwareproblemen
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Betreuung und Wartung der Cloud und Hardwaresysteme
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
  • Unterstützung und Optimierung von übergreifenden IT-Projekten

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder Erfahrungen mit gleichwertiger Relevanz
  • Solide Kenntnisse mit Microsoftprodukten
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerkadministration und VMware
  • Kommunikationstalent im Bereich Kundenbetreuung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
