1st und 2nd Level Support
Analyse und Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
Betrieb und Administration der IT-Systeme (Windows, Exchange, O365)
Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden rund um die IT-Infrastruktur
Mitarbeit in verschiedenen IT-Projekten

Requirements

Abgeschlossene IT Ausbildung oder IT Studium
Erste Berufserfahrung im IT Support oder IT Administration
Erfahrung mit Windows Servern und Clients
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
