In this role, you’ll work closely with senior analysts, consultants, and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, analyze data, and support reporting initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of industries while building a strong foundation in analytics, data visualization, and business problem-solving.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with data analysis projects, from data ingestion to data transformation to visualizations and QA.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and KPI requirements.
  • Support data quality initiatives through testing, validation, and documentation.
  • Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and help communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in client and internal meetings, contributing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Learn and apply best practices in data visualization, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Explore AI-enabled analytics and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, internships, co-ops, or related projects.
  • Foundational SQL skills, including experience querying and joining datasets.
  • Experience with or exposure to a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Looker, Sigma, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Exposure to ETL/data integration concepts and tools such as dbt, Fivetran, or Domo.
  • Experience working with datasets through coursework, internships, personal projects, or capstone projects.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
  • Experience with Excel, statistics, or data visualization best practices.

Benefits & conditions

  • Work alongside experienced analysts, engineers, and consultants who are invested in your development.
  • Gain exposure to industries including finance, manufacturing, home services, senior living, and residential management.
  • Develop skills in modern analytics platforms, cloud data technologies, and AI-driven business intelligence.
  • Contribute to meaningful projects that influence real business outcomes.
  • Benefit from a collaborative, professional, and growth-focused culture with ongoing learning opportunities.
