️ Primary Skills: Angular, SASS, HTML, Accessibility, USWDS, CI/CD Iresh Technologies is looking for an experienced Front-End Tech Lead to lead front-end development, establish engineering standards, and drive accessibility compliance for a government/public-sector project., Lead front-end architecture and development using Angular, SASS, and HTML. Implement and maintain the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and State Design System. Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508, and applicable accessibility requirements. Conduct accessibility testing using automated tools, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and manual keyboard navigation. Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and establish coding standards. Improve front-end CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Collaborate with Java backend teams on API and service integration. Prepare technical documentation, decision records, and engineering process guides.

Strong experience as a Front-End Tech Lead or Senior Front-End Engineer. Expert knowledge of Angular, SASS, and HTML. Experience implementing design systems; USWDS experience is highly preferred. Mandatory formal accessibility certification: CPACC, WAS, or equivalent. Hands-on accessibility testing and compliance experience. Strong understanding of CI/CD, technical leadership, and secure development practices. Excellent communication, documentation, and mentoring skills. Preferred: Government/public-sector experience, Section 508 compliance, and enterprise-scale front-end architecture.
