Salesforce technical delivery Manager

· Lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

· Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.

· Oversee the development, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

· Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in areas such as Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and data modeling.

· Define and manage technical project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.

· Drive end-to-end ownership of technical solutions, including development, integration, testing, and deployment.

· Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, administrators, and other technical team members to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality deliverables.

· Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and defect resolution.

· Implement DevOps processes for CI/CD pipelines using tools like Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset.

· Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security during transitions.

· Manage risks, dependencies, and issues to maintain project health and mitigate delivery challenges.

· Engage with stakeholders to provide regular updates on technical progress, challenges, and achievements.

· Stay updated on Salesforce platform innovations and recommend adoption of new features or tools to enhance delivery.

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Delivery Lead with 10+ years of expertise in delivering complex Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership capabilities, deep Salesforce platform knowledge, and proven experience in managing end-to-end Salesforce project delivery. This role involves overseeing technical teams, aligning solutions with business objectives, and ensuring high-quality delivery. The Technical Delivery Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes., · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 15+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.

· Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, custom development (Apex, LWC), and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).

· In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative tools, security models, and data management.

· Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or Copado.

· Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.

· Hands-on experience in delivering multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.

· Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Additional Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (or higher certifications).

· Experience leading global Salesforce implementations across multiple regions or business units.

· Familiarity with advanced DevOps practices, including automation and release management.

· Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader, Informatica, or MuleSoft for Salesforce integrations.
