Integration Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Developer to lead the architecture, design, development, and support of robust enterprise integration solutions. In this role, you will build high-volume data integrations connecting cloud services, core enterprise systems (such as SAP and MS Dynamics 365 CRM), IVR technologies, payment gateways, and backend operational platforms., * Integration Design & Delivery: Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise integrations using Microsoft .NET, C#, and Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

• High-Volume Architectures: Analyze solution components, assess integration models for high-throughput transactional environments, and minimize redundant data replication.
• API & Middleware Development: Develop secure RESTful APIs, microservices, and custom middleware components following enterprise API standards and clean coding/SOLID design principles.
• Cloud & Serverless Messaging: Construct event-driven integrations and Azure Functions utilizing HTTP, timer, blob, and Azure Service Bus triggers (queues, topics, subscriptions, sessions, dead-letter queues).
• Multi-System Interoperability: Implement reliable connectors and data mapping between enterprise ERP (SAP), CRM (MS Dynamics 365), IVR systems, payment gateways, and operational backend databases.
• IVR & Customer Interaction: Optimize interactive voice response (IVR) platforms to ensure fluid data handoffs with backend customer management systems.
• Payload Engineering: Author robust JSON/XML transformation logic, schemas, validation rules, and reusable shared integration frameworks.
• Technical Documentation: Author thorough technical/functional specifications, architecture diagrams, test scripts, impact analyses, and operational runbooks., * Work Location: Primarily remote within the Continental United States, with a mandatory requirement to attend onsite meetings in Middletown, PA for one week per month.
• Orientation & Equipment: A one-day in-person orientation is required on-site to complete setup and collect work equipment.
• Implementation Support: Potential for occasional one- to two-week rotating onsite tours during critical implementation or go-live milestones.
• Compliance & Screening: Selected candidate must complete comprehensive background verification (state and national criminal background checks) and sign standard non-disclosure agreements prior to onboarding.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote with scheduled onsite travel (1 week per month onsite in Middletown, PA)
• Duration / Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday - Friday)

The ideal candidate brings extensive background in modern Microsoft .NET architectures, Azure cloud hosting and messaging services, and large-scale transactional or tolling/transportation system integrations., * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Core Experience: 8+ years of professional development experience with enterprise integration, Microsoft Azure cloud solutions, and external system integrations.
• Enterprise Platforms: Demonstrated background integrating large-scale enterprise suites such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and complex backend databases.
• Microsoft Stack Mastery: Advanced hands-on development using C#, modern .NET LTS versions (.NET 8+), and ASP.NET Core Web API.
• Azure Cloud Services: Strong practical experience across Azure PaaS/IaaS offerings, including Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and cloud storage.
• Industry Domain: Prior technical integration experience in high-volume public sector, tolling, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), or large transaction processing environments.
• IVR Integration: Hands-on experience designing or integrating customer-facing IVR systems., * Developer with knowledge in Azure cloud solutions, IVR systems, & integrations w/ external systems, specifically in tolling projects (Required 8 Years)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft government and commercial cloud platforms (Azure), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings (Required 8 Years)
• Design & implement integrations w/ external systems in the context of tolling projects (e.g., toll collection systems, traffic management systems (Required 1 Years)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. (Required 4 Years)
• Prior experience with PA Turnpike tolling solutions (Highly Desired 1 Years)
• Develop complex systems integrations for high-volume organizations within SAP, MS Dynamics 365 CRM, MS Azure Cloud (Highly Desired 1 Years)
