Job description
- Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using C#, .NET, and Azure.
- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and custom middleware to connect SAP, CRM, IVR, and external systems.
- Develop Azure Functions and leverage Azure Service Bus (queues, topics, triggers).
- Optimize IVR systems to enhance customer interaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain clean coding standards and document technical designs, test plans, and system flows.
Requirements
Primary Skills:
- Core Technologies: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, RESTful APIs
- Cloud Platform: Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Service Bus, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Integration Expertise: System Integrations, Microservices, Middleware, Custom API Development
- Domain Focus: IVR Systems, Tolling / Traffic Management Systems
Secondary Skills:
- Enterprise Platforms: SAP, MS Dynamics 365 CRM
- Data & Design: JSON/XML transformations, SOLID design patterns, Clean Code principles
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in system integrations, Azure cloud solutions, and IVR systems.
- Experience with tolling projects or high-volume customer-facing systems is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
