The Integration Developer will design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions that connect critical tolling, customer service, CRM, IVR, SAP, Azure cloud, payment processing, and backend systems. This role requires extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET development, enterprise APIs, middleware integration, and high-volume transaction processing environments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Journi modernization initiative by implementing scalable integrations, optimizing data flows, and ensuring seamless communication between business-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Integration Development

Design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft .NET, C#, and Azure technologies. Analyze enterprise application architectures and integration models. Assess and implement integration strategies for high-volume transaction processing. Design scalable integration frameworks and reusable integration components. Identify opportunities to reduce data replication and improve system efficiency. Continuously improve system integrations, performance, and data exchanges. Tolling Systems & Business Application Integration

Design and implement integrations between: SAP Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Azure Cloud Services IVR Platforms Toll Collection Systems Payment Gateways Traffic Management Systems Backend Databases Support synchronization, transformation, validation, and monitoring of enterprise data flows. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across systems. .NET Application & API Development

Develop enterprise integration services utilizing: C# .NET 8+ Supported .NET LTS Versions ASP.NET Core Web API Design and develop: RESTful APIs Microservices Middleware Components Enterprise Integration Services Create shared libraries, reusable frameworks, and standardized integration solutions. Implement JSON and XML transformations, validation rules, and data mapping processes. Azure Integration & Cloud Services

Develop and support Azure Functions using: HTTP Triggers Service Bus Triggers Timer Triggers Blob Storage Triggers Leverage Microsoft Azure cloud services including: IaaS PaaS SaaS Support cloud-hosted enterprise integration solutions. Design and optimize Azure-based integration architectures. IVR Integration & Customer Experience Solutions

Design and integrate IVR solutions with CRM and backend tolling systems. Improve customer interaction workflows and operational efficiency. Support customer-facing tolling service platforms and automated communication systems. Ensure seamless integration between IVR, CRM, payment, and tolling applications. Technical Documentation & Compliance

Develop and maintain: Technical Design Documents Functional Specifications Architecture Diagrams Test Plans Test Scripts Impact Analysis Reports Lessons Learned Documentation Best Practices Guides Ensure all documentation follows Commission standards and templates. Adhere to Commission policies, procedures, and IT standards. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Developer or Integration Developer. Experience supporting Azure cloud solutions and enterprise integration projects. Experience integrating external systems within tolling environments. Experience designing and deploying complex enterprise integration solutions. Strong experience working in high-volume transactional environments. Technical Qualifications

Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud platform technologies. Experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings. Strong .NET development experience using: C# .NET 8+ ASP.NET Core Web API Experience developing REST APIs and microservices. Experience designing and implementing middleware integrations. Experience working with Azure Functions. Strong hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, including: Queues Topics Subscriptions Sessions Dead-Letter Queues Knowledge of enterprise security standards and secure API development. Experience implementing JSON and XML transformations. Strong understanding of integration architecture patterns and best practices. Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Pennsylvania Turnpike tolling solutions. 10+ years of experience developing enterprise integrations. Experience with: SAP Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Azure Cloud Hosting Solutions Experience supporting tolling, transportation, or public sector environments. Experience with IVR design, development, and optimization. Knowledge of tolling industry regulations and operational best practices. Experience architecting high-volume service-oriented integration platforms. Work Environment

Primarily remote work arrangement. Candidate should reside within the Continental United States. Periodic onsite meetings and support activities required in Middletown, Pennsylvania.
