Unterstützung des Cyber-Security-Teams Annahme, Priorisierung und Verteilung von Support-Anfragen an die Experten sowie eigenständige Klärung allgemeiner Anfragen im 1st-Level-Support Organisation von Informationsveranstaltungen Übernahme von Rechercheaufgaben Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Präsentationen Pflege und Verwaltung der Benutzerdaten

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im informationstechnischen Bereich Erste Berufserfahrungen im IT-Umfeld Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie hohe IT-Affinität Verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
