Job description

Mitarbeit bei der Behebung von Störungen in der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur sowie Übernahme der telefonischen Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden Installation von Software Systemen im Netzwerk sowie eigenständige und fachgerechte Bearbeitung von Tickets Übernahme von Pflege und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur Mitarbeit in Projekten und Übernahme des Projektsupports

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Erste Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Support Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
