Job description

Kompetenter Ansprechpartner in allen IT-Fragen im Windows Umfeld Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender vor Ort Betreuung des LAN (TCP/IP) und Microsoft Server 2003 und 2008 Technische Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Bereich der Server Analyse und Dokumentation von auftretenden Fehlersituationen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Microsoft Server 2003/2008 Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Datensicherungsverfahren und lokale Netze Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Word Gute Englischkenntnisse Selbstständige, vorrausschauende Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität Kommunikationsstärke, Stressresistenz und Serviceorientierung
