Erster Ansprechpartner bei IT-Problemen und Serviceanfragen
Analyse und Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
Mitarbeit in internationalen IT-Projekten
Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung von IT-Prozessen und IT-Strukturen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder IT-Studium
Berufserfahrung im IT Support oder IT Administration
Erfahrung mit Windows Clients und Servern
Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Netzwerke, Firewalls und Virtualisierung
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
