Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
Wartung und Überwachung der Datenbanken
1st und 2nd Level Support, sowie Anwenderschulungen
Monitoring und Fehleranalysen
Dokumentation

Requirements

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder IT-Studium
Berufserfahrung im Bereich der IT-Administration und dem Support
Erfahrung in Microsoft Umgebungen (Windows, Exchange, Office 365, etc.)
Kenntnisse mit IT-Netzwerktechnologien, Firewalls und Virtualisierung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
