IT Specialist

To support our organisation, we are looking for an IT Specialist who ensures a stable and secure IT environment. You will support users, manage modern Microsoft platforms and actively contribute to improvements and the further professionalisation of our IT services., As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for the day-to-day IT services within Bayards Group. You will be a key point of contact for users, work independently on technical issues and actively contribute to improvements. You will be involved in a wide range of activities, from workplace management and user support to infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and information security. Your responsibilities include:

• Independently analysing and resolving first-line and second-line incidents.
• Managing and optimising workstations, laptops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
• Managing and supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Supporting network, server and infrastructure-related issues.
• Managing user accounts and access rights.
• Providing technical support for business applications.
• Implementing technical changes, updates and deployments.
• Contributing to information security, standardisation and automation initiatives.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and work instructions. Working closely with external IT partners and suppliers. *

You will do more than just resolve incidents. We expect you to identify opportunities for improvement, take initiative and work independently. You will have the opportunity to implement improvements and contribute to the further development of our IT environment.

• A completed MBO Level 4 or Bachelor’s degree in IT, or an equivalent level of education and experience.
• Experience in IT support, workplace management or system administration is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and endpoint management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of networks, servers and information security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• A proactive and independent working style. Willingness to occasionally travel to other Bayards locations. *

You do not need to be a specialist in every technical area. What matters most is that you have a solid technical foundation, can investigate issues independently and are motivated to expand your knowledge and skills.

In addition, we operate under the Metalektro Collective Labour Agreement (CAO) and offer an excellent employment package, including:

• A salary between € 3.300 and € 4.750 gross per month based on a 40-hour work week, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• 40 days off per year: 27 vacation days plus 13 ADV (reduction of working hours) days based on full-time employment.
