IT Manager - French speaking

• Managing IT support, Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Windows Server.
• Maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, hardware and business applications.
• Managing IT assets, equipment and user onboarding/offboarding.
• Liaising with external IT suppliers and service providers.
• Supporting ISO 27001 documentation and compliance.
• Coordinating office facilities, access control and maintenance.
• Maintaining client/project records and operational reports.

The role has also some facilities and office management tasks as well as client administration and business support ones.

• Fluent French and English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server and IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and user support experience.
• Proactive, organised and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Flexible to do other tasks than pure IT related ones, * Bachelor’s (preferred)

Experience:

• IT management: 7 years (required)
• IT support: 7 years (required)
• Microsoft 365: 7 years (required)
• Software troubleshooting: 5 years (required)
• Microsoft Windows Server: 5 years (required)

Language:

• fluent French and English (required)

• Package up to £80,000, including excellent benefits such as private healthcare and pension.
• Hybrid working: 2 days from home.

Pay: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
