IT Manager - French Speaking

• Manage IT support, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Windows Server
• Maintain IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and business applications
• Manage IT assets and equipment, and coordinate user onboarding and offboarding
• Liaise with external IT suppliers and service providers
• Support ISO 27001 documentation and compliance
• Coordinate office facilities, access control, and maintenance
• Maintain client and project records and operational reports
• Support facilities and office management, client administration, and business operations

• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and user support

• Flexible and willing to take on tasks beyond IT
• Bachelors degree preferred
• 7 years of IT management experience required
• 7 years of IT support experience required
• 7 years of Microsoft 365 experience required
• 5 years of software troubleshooting experience required
• 5 years of Microsoft Windows Server experience required
• United Kingdom work authorisation required
