IT Support Technician

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Coordinator/Intern to provide technical support, maintain office IT systems, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues., * Provide desktop support and troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Office, and Outlook.

• Configure laptops, upgrade memory, replace batteries, and install or uninstall software.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint, Power Automate, APIs, and QR codes.
• Perform basic hardware repairs and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Ethernet wiring, RJ45 connectors, and network cables.
• Assist with security camera maintenance, wiring, and installation.
• Climb ladders when necessary to access cables, wiring, cameras, and other IT equipment.
• Perform user account management, software updates, and routine system maintenance.
• Make minor website updates and assist with basic coding and automation.
• Document IT issues, solutions, and daily tasks and accomplishments.
• Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams on IT-related needs., * Are you available to work weekends? Weekend availability is required.
• Do you agree to a mandatory drug test and background check, including testing for legally permitted substances, as required by company policy?
• re you comfortable climbing ladders to maintain cameras, wiring, and other IT equipment?

• Experience with desktop support, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, QR codes, web development, and Ethernet wiring.
• Ability to crimp network cables and work with RJ45 connectors.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform hands-on IT maintenance.
