Warehouse Inventory Counter (Bilingual English Spanish)

• Conduct comprehensive physical inventory audits across multiple warehouse locations, verifying stock quantities against system records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Travel to warehouses as need, conduct the counts and return to NJ office.
• Collaborate with teams to reconcile variances and implement corrective actions.
• Support process improvement initiatives by evaluating current inventory control procedures and recommending enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with materials handling activities such as shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials management while adhering to safety standards including heavy lifting protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of audit findings, inventory adjustments, and cycle counts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management software, preferably within a 3PL business.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is mandatory and will be a significant part of the process of cycle counting.
• Ability to travel and stay in other states for a week at a time.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively with sourcing, merchandising, shipping & receiving teams.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary; adherence to safety protocols is essential.
