Digital Transformation Consultant

We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Digital Transformation Consultant to join our business and technology advisory practice in Leeds. In this client-facing role, you will partner with enterprise organizations, regional market leaders, and public sector clients across Yorkshire to shape, design, and execute large-scale digital technology roadmaps.

You will bridge the gap between executive business vision and technology implementation-leading client discovery, analyzing operational workflows, defining target operating models, and guiding cloud, data, and software adoption., * Digital Strategy & Roadmapping: Lead client discovery workshops to evaluate legacy systems, identify digital gaps, and build tailored digital transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic commercial goals.

• Target Operating Model (TOM) Design: Design and document modern operating models, cloud adoption frameworks, automation strategies, and digitally enabled service workflows.
• Change Management & Execution: Partner with client leadership teams to drive organizational adoption, embedding change management, training, and agile delivery principles.
• Vendor & Tech Selection: Conduct objective technology appraisals, software vendor evaluations (ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI/Automation), and technical feasibility studies.
• Agile Delivery Leadership: Oversee cross-functional project teams through discovery, alpha, beta, and implementation phases using Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Prepare executive pitch decks, transformation business cases, and ROI models for presentation to client C-suite executives and steering committees.

• Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in management consulting, IT advisory, or digital transformation within a recognized consultancy or internal corporate change team.
• Consulting Expertise: Proven track record in delivery of cloud migrations, enterprise software deployments (ERP/CRM), automation, or data-driven business transformation.
• Frameworks & Methodologies: Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Lean/Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or TOGAF/ITIL principles.
• Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive reporting capabilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Location & Mobility: Must be able to reliably commute to our Leeds city-center office (LS1 postcode area) for collaborative working days, with flexibility for regional client visits.

Work Location & Setup

This position operates on a hybrid basis out of our modern consultancy office in Leeds city center (LS1 postcode area), conveniently located within walking distance of Leeds Railway Station and easily accessible across West Yorkshire via the M62 and M1 corridors.

Pay: £64,000.00-£68,000.00 per year
