About the Role

This is not a software developer position.

We are looking for a highly organized and business-oriented Digital Operations Project Manager / Business Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between operations and technology.

You will work closely with commercial, logistics, quality, production, finance, management teams, and software developers to identify operational challenges, improve workflows, and drive digital transformation projects across the group.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Analysis & Improvement

• Analyze and document operational workflows
• Improve processes related to:
• Customer contracts
• Order management
• Logistics and transportation
• Traceability and quality management
• Inventory and production
• Export operations
• Customer documentation
• Invoicing and reporting
• Identify inefficiencies, duplicate data entry, and communication gaps
• Recommend practical improvements

Digital Project Management

• Gather business requirements from users
• Prioritize operational needs
• Write functional specifications
• Define business rules and workflows
• Coordinate development projects
• Manage testing and validation
• Ensure successful implementation and user adoption

Developer Coordination

• Work with internal and external developers
• Break projects into actionable tasks
• Monitor project timelines
• Validate deliverables
• Ensure solutions meet real business needs
• Avoid overly complex systems and focus on practical usability

AI & Automation Initiatives

Lead projects involving:

• Process automation
• Data extraction and structuring
• Automated reporting
• Business intelligence dashboards
• Decision-support tools
• Document management
• Contract management
• Workflow optimization
• Collaborative digital tools

Change Management

• Train and support users
• Create simple procedures and documentation
• Improve data quality and system adoption
• Ensure new processes are effectively implemented

Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Fluent English (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent understanding of business operations
• Ability to translate operational needs into digital solutions
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of:
• ERP systems
• CRM systems
• APIs
• Databases
• Business workflows
• Experience managing projects and coordinating developers
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and modern digital tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dolibarr or similar ERP systems
• Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or reporting tools
• Experience with Notion, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of quality, traceability, inventory, logistics, transportation, or export operations
• Experience in an international business environment
