Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist to join a growing fashion brand based in Biggleswade. This is initially a part-time role, with the opportunity for the hours to increase .

You will work closely with the business owner, creating engaging content and helping to grow the brand across social media. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas and make a real impact on the brand’s online presence.

The Role

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and You Tube including Reels, Stories , live streaming etc
• Film and edit short-form video and photography for social media
• Plan content and maintain a simple, organised content calendar
• Help develop new content ideas and identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor engagement and performance and use this to improve future content
• Maintain a consistent look and feel across all social media channels
• Support email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
• Work closely with the business owner on creative ideas and campaigns
• Attend occasional photoshoots and content days
• Some weekend availability will be required

• Previous experience in social media and content creation
• Confident creating and editing video content for social media
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar editing tools
• Creative, organised and able to work independently
• Someone who enjoys coming up with new ideas and keeping up with social media trends

Fashion, retail, beauty or lifestyle experience would be an advantage.

• Up to £20 per hour, depending on experience
• On-site role in Biggleswade
• 20-30 hrs a week
• Some weekend working required due to nature of the business
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time)
• Self-employed arrangements can be considered
