Junior IT Technician

• Operational participation in our internal IT support
• Provide first-level and second-level support for hardware, software and network issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure devices are updated with patches and antivirus
• Install, configure and upgrade computer systems, applications and peripherals
• Maintain printers, scanners and other office equipment
• Support hardware configuration/installation
• Assist in installing, configuring and maintaining Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, Debian)
• Participation in the introduction of new technologies and exciting projects
• Creation of templates, documentation and training materials for the users or the archive

Do you have experience in Ubuntu?, * You have successfully completed your apprenticeship as an IT specialist or equivalent

• Enrolled in one of the computer science / business informatics degree programs, further training as an IT specialist or comparable
• You are well-versed in Microsoft, Windows, Linux and networks
• Quick comprehension of complex relationships, good analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to work in a team, commitment, and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
