IT Systems Manager (Cutting Edge AV)

• Ensure AV systems are fully operational and meet customer needs
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
• Visit customer sites to maintain and commission systems
• Manage IT projects from initiation through to sign-off
• Coordinate internal IT projects with internal teams and suppliers
• Provide advanced technical support and maintain AV equipment

• Experience with AV systems, IT support and management
• IT and AV qualifications
• Ability to commute to Burnley and a full UK driving licence

We are recruiting for an IT Systems Manager to work in Burnley for a well-established business in Lancashires immersive IT industry. The role is Monday to Friday during the day, with a salary of £35,000-£40,000, bonus potential, training and regular progression opportunities. You will manage a close-knit team.
