Job description

If you’re naturally curious, enjoy solving problems and like finding better ways of doing things, Change Delivery could be for you. You’ll help shape and deliver improvements that make a real difference for our customers and colleagues. Whether that’s bringing people together, analysing information, improving processes or using technology to solve business challenges, you’ll play a key role in driving change across Aviva.

You don’t need to be a technology expert, just someone who enjoys learning, seeing the bigger picture and turning ideas into action.

Whatever path you choose, you’ll work on live projects, learn from experienced colleagues and help deliver even better experiences for millions of customers.

“Everyone I’ve worked with at Aviva has been incredibly supportive and welcoming. There’s a real emphasis on learning and development, which makes it a great place to start your career. I’ve been able to develop both my technical knowledge and my confidence in working with a wide range of people across the business.”Current Graduate

The roles Our Technology Change Delivery roles are based in Bristol, Norwich, York and London. You may need to be flexible on location and willing to relocate if needed. We believe some of the best collaboration, learning, and relationship building happens when people come together in-person. That’s why our colleagues spend around 50% or more of their working time in the office. We call this Smart Working. For most colleagues, that means spending around three days a week in the office and the rest working from home, although this varies by role and team.

Project Manager (Norwich)- you’ll help turn ideas into action, bringing together the right people to deliver change that makes a real difference for our customers. You’ll keep projects moving forward, coordinate teams and solve problems when challenges arise. Working with colleagues, suppliers and partners, you’ll help make sure everyone is aligned, informed and focused on what’s most important.

Business Analyst (Norwich)- you’ll help uncover what customers really need and work with teams to deliver practical solutions. You’ll ask insightful questions and challenge assumptions to identify opportunities for improvement. Whether that’s analysing data, solving problems, maximising opportunities, removing blockers, or shaping smarter ways of working, you’ll play a key role in helping us do things better: for our customers, our business, and your own development.

Executive and Events IT Support (London): you’ll help keep people connected, productive and supported through great technology. Working with colleagues across the business, including senior leaders, you’ll provide hands-on IT support, troubleshoot technical issues and help deliver seamless technology experiences. From supporting high-profile events and live broadcasts to helping colleagues get the most from their technology, no two days are the same. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships and working with technology, you’ll play an important role in helping Aviva operate at its best.

Cyber Security (Bristol): you’ll help protect Aviva’s systems, data and customers from cyber threats. Working with experienced security professionals, you’ll support activities that identify risks, strengthen security controls and help keep our technology safe and secure.
