with legal, regulatory, works council, information security, and GDPR requirements.
-
Develop the data object inventory and field-level mapping specifications
-
Define archiving and defensible data destruction approaches for out-of-scope or
redundant data, with audit trails and approvals.

executive-ready progress dashboards
- Collaborate with HR & IT and business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and

root causes, and trend improvements.
- Drive data cleansing at source (with HR data owners) and within transformation layers;
establish golden source decisions and survivorship rules for consolidated records.
- Produce data quality scorecards and measurable KPIs (completeness, validity, uniqueness,
consistency, timeliness).
- Manage cutover dry-runs, timing simulations, and performance tuning for load windows.
Testing & Controls
- Define and execute E2E testing for migration objects: unit tests, SIT, UAT support, and
parallel run/payroll impact checks where relevant.

controls, sampled record validation, and audit evidence.

runbook, roles, checkpoints, back-out criteria, and communications.
