Job description
HRIS Data Migration Specialist with 7+ years of experience in data migration, including HR data and SAP HCM environments. Leads end-to-end migration from SAP R/3 HCM to SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Time, defining strategy, data mapping, ETL processes, and governance. Ensures GDPR compliance, data quality, testing, cutover, and hypercare support. Experienced in SAP tools, HRIS transformation, and stakeholder coordination., * Lead the entire sales cycle.
- Lead end-to-end migration of HR data from SAP R/3 HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Time.
- Define data migration strategy, approach, and governance aligned with HRIS transformation roadmap.
- Establish data selection principles and develop data mapping specifications.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other legal/regulatory requirements.
- Perform source system analysis and data inventory across HR platforms.
- Design and build ETL processes and data pipelines for migration.
- Execute mock data loads and validate migration results.
- Manage data quality, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
- Plan and execute testing activities related to data migration.
- Coordinate cutover planning and execution activities.
- Manage hypercare support and post-migration stabilization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP SuccessFactors?, * Minimum 7 years of experience in data migration projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR data migration.
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM migration projects.
- Hands-on experience with data migration tools and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Time.
- Understanding of HRIS transformation programs and data architecture.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance requirements.
- Strong testing and cutover management experience.
- SAP certifications are required.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and French, with at least B2 level in English., * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
