IT Operations and Service Delivery Lead- AI Infrastructure

Compensation: $120k to $170k + bonus, depending on experience. Unlimited PTO, RSUs, fully paid health insurance, We need a hands-on IT Operations & Service Delivery Lead to build and run how corporate IT works as we scale. This isn’t a security or GRC role, but you’ll support our SOC 2, HIPAA, and SOX audits with clean technical evidence. The role is hands-on today, with a path into IT Operations management as we grow.

You will:

• Build out identity and endpoint management across Google Workspace and our growing Microsoft footprint, including Entra ID, Intune, MFA, and device enrollment
• Run our MSP day to day, covering ticket quality, service reviews, and escalations, while keeping us in control of our tenants, configurations, and credentials
• Build our service catalog, SLAs, and workflows for incidents, requests, changes, and assets
• Create repeatable Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes across HR, SaaS, and devices
• Oversee the Windows and macOS device lifecycle, from provisioning and patching to secure retirement
• Use AI tools and prompting to speed up support and documentation, and get up to speed on the GPU and data center world we run on

Looking for: 5+ years in IT operations and service delivery, with real experience managing MSP and IT vendor relationships. Tech or SaaS background strongly preferred., * 5+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or IT service delivery

• Experience managing an MSP or outside IT vendors, including SLAs and accountability
• Hands-on with Entra ID, Intune, and M365, and comfortable with Google Workspace admin. Bonus if you’ve connected Microsoft and Google environments
• Practical ITSM know-how: runbooks, SOPs, and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes
• Familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar compliance work
• Comfortable using AI tools and prompting to speed up everyday IT work
• A basic understanding of GPU or data center environments. We’ll teach you the rest
• A plus if you’ve worked in a startup or high-growth company, or with Apple device management like Jamf

• $120,000 to $170,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus
