IT Operations Lead

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and technical service delivery.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and managed service providers.
• Lead and coordinate IT teams, ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee IT systems, troubleshooting, escalations, and technical support processes.
• Support the implementation and optimization of IT policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Ensure reliable performance, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvements.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in IT operations, previous experience managing a Managed Service Provider (MSP), and the ability to oversee technical teams, systems, and operational processes., * 10+ years of professional IT experience, including significant exposure to IT operations and infrastructure.

• Previous experience managing or overseeing a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and other widely recognized compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing technical teams, vendors, and IT service delivery.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and operational best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with GPU computing infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure.
• Exposure to AI infrastructure, high-performance computing (HPC), or cloud computing environments.
• Experience supporting rapidly growing technology organizations.

• Base Salary of anywhere from $130,000 - $170,000
• Annual target bonus of 10-20%
