Jr. Technicial Support

The Junior Technical Support position plays an important role in supporting our technology and day-to-day operations. The primary responsibilities include reviewing transactions, annotating data, responding to customer inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Additional duties may include assisting with technical support requests, preparing for new store deployments, and helping develop prototype or production hardware and software solutions., * Perform data annotation and review transactions for accuracy.

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to shopper inquiries and provide timely, effective support.
• Investigate and resolve shopper disputes.
• Troubleshoot issues affecting frictionless store operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues involving fascia, toppers, shelves, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot software applications and assist with resolving technical issues.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with configuring and preparing technical setups for new store deployments.
• Configure and maintain client portals according to client requirements.
• Document customer interactions, reported issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with IT projects and other initiatives as assigned.
• Help create, update, and maintain technical support documentation.
• Assist in training new employees on technical processes, tools, and systems.

• Expected Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
