Define and maintain enterprise HCM architecture standards, governance models, and platform direction. Evaluate Oracle HCM releases and recommend adoption strategies for new capabilities. Provide architectural guidance for Core HR, Payroll, Time, and workforce management solutions. Assess integration designs, API implementations, and data flows across connected systems. Partner with product teams and business leaders to resolve complex platform challenges. Lead technical reviews, roadmap planning, and strategic HCM solution recommendations. 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM architecture, Core HR, Payroll, and enterprise HCM platform governance. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, platform standards, release management, and feature adoption strategy. Experience in HCM architecture, solution design, governance frameworks, and enterprise best practices. Experience with APIs, API Gateway platforms, database queries, integrations, and technical troubleshooting. Experience in Databricks, data platforms, Agile environments, and cross-functional technology initiatives. Strong communication skills with proven ability to advise stakeholders and drive collaborative decision-making.
