• Compliance: GDPR, EU AI Act, As a Senior AI Solutions Architect, you will serve as the primary technical interface for our enterprise customers and AI startups across Germany and Central Europe.
• Architecture Design: Design end-to-end cloud AI infrastructures leveraging Alibaba Cloud’s MaaS platform and the Qwen (Tongyi) model ecosystem.
• Technical Pre-Sales: Partner with Business Development teams to deliver technical presentations, handle deep-dive architectural Q&A, and run Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Use-Case Implementation: Create reference architectures and deploy solutions for LLM fine-tuning, RAG applications, vector databases, and multi-modal AI.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all technical architectures adhere to European data residency, GDPR, and the EU AI Act regulations.
• Product Feedback: Act as the voice of the European market, gathering client requirements to inform global R&D and AI product optimization.

This role requires hands-on programming skills in Python, deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to engage with enterprise clients in both German and English., * Education/Experience: 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud AI Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales.

• AI/ML Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience deploying Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong understanding of inference optimization, prompt engineering, and prompt routing.
• Programming: Proficient in Python with practical experience utilizing ML libraries such as PyTorch or Hugging Face.
• Cloud Computing: Strong architectural understanding of cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) on at least one major cloud provider (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Languages: Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is strictly required to support the local market., * Experience building and scaling MLOps pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Background working within the AI-native startup ecosystem or driving large-scale enterprise AI digital transformations.
• Deep familiarity with data governance frameworks in the DACH region., * Do you have at least 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Cloud AI/ML Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales?
• Do you have hands-on experience with Large Language Models, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG architectures, or vector databases?
• Have you worked with at least one major cloud platform, such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP?
